Technician for Customer Help Desk

Description
Under the guidance of the Technical Assistance Manager, and after a training period in which the applicant will work alongside qualified personnel both in Italy and abroad, he/she will be responsible for:

  • Receiving, managing and solving customer enquiries concerning operational and maintenance problems of Marini plants
  • Interacting with Marini Engineering to work out the solution of technical problems
  • Troubleshooting

Candidate Profile
The applicant must have:

  • High School diploma in electronics or similar
  • 5-year experience of technical help desks
  • Knowledge of English and French
  • Good communication and inter-relational skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of main computer programmes (Outlook, MS Office, etc.)
  • Knowledge of SAP would be useful (but not indispensable)
  • Availability to undergo training periods both in Italy and abroad
