Each year in June, the International Exhibition Construction Equipment and Technologies – CTT – opens in Moscow. Since its debut in 2000, it has never failed to attract a great number of visitors and, even though it classifies itself as a local event, the CTT Fair has become an annual event in the construction calendar that cannot be missed.
With an exhibition area of over 130,000 sq. m., over 1000 exhibitors and an ever-increasing number of visitors, in 2014 CTT has once more succeeded in attracting the attention of the main players in the construction sector. This singular event, which enjoys the support of governmental authorities, attracts the specialized press and offers a privileged location for professional networking with people from all around the globe.
This Fair is today the world’s focal point for road building and technology for Russia, all the countries in the former Soviet bloc and a good number of countries in Eastern Europe. It is also the occasion for training and acquiring know-how through seminars and conferences, where you can hear the best professional speakers the world of asphalt has to offer – the real opinion leaders in the world of road building.
This year CTT 2014 was held from 3 to 7 June and has just closed its doors to the public. Marini participated in the event with the other companies of the Fayat Group (Bomag, Marini-Ermont, Marini, SAE), with their Roadbatch 160 on show.
It was undoubtedly the occasion to meet many professionals in the sector and to get a considerable number of negotiations underway, which may bring good news for the coming year, even if many of the visitors couldn’t help expressing uncertainty due to the delicate situation on the Ukrainian front.
CTT was also the opportunity to show a number of clients around the new TOP TOWER 4000 asphalt plant, which has recently been erected on the outskirts of Moscow, just a short distance away from Domodedovo airport.
